Cucumber with Smoked Salmon

Full, no B.S. recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 whole English cucumber

  • 2 tbsp chive cream cheese

  • 4 oz smoked salmon

  • ¼ red onion

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice cucumber into a container. Thinly slice red onion, dice avocado, and chop smoked salmon.

  2. Add to the container, along with cream cheese, capers, seasoning. Close the container and shake vigorously until everything is mixed.
